Fat Man Slim is a weight loss program designed especially for the everyday guy who does not want to go to a gym and train with all the gym junkies – or commit to a long term gym membership. We designed the Fat Man Slim program to assist men gain control of their health and live longer by helping to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and minimise the risk of heart disease.

The goal of Fat Man Slim is to reverse the negative health status of the many men who participate in our 6 week program. Our goal is achieved through safe, achievable weight and fat loss.
We are personal trainers – we have been involved in the health and fitness industry for the last 10 years and we currently own our own gym. We realised that there was nothing available solely focused on men’s weight loss and achieving real weight loss results within a relatively short period of time.
Fat Man Slim was created to address this need – a program that utilises nutrition and training to achieve fantastic weight loss results. All participants receive support and advice throughout the 6 week program and results are monitored weekly.
