2nd 6 week course

Due to lack of exercise and poor nutrition, I knew I had to do something to regain my health. Over the past years my weight had soared along with poor health, bad sleeping and lack of energy associated with it.

I heard about the Fat Man Slim course from a sibling who told me about this new course aimed at men who wished to regain health and fitness. I had some reservations but I decided to go to the open night to find out more.

It was the best decision I have ever made. I tipped the scales at 130kg when I began. It was the heaviest I had ever been and knew it was time to take care of myself. So I enrolled and started my journey to get myself right. The first 6 week Fat Man Slim course I lost 14.9kg body weight and 11.1kg of fat. I have just completed my second Fat Man Slim course and I have lost another 12.1kg body weight and 7.6kg fat.

But the best news was - my blood pressure had dropped from 145/92 to 126/80 after the first 6 week course. I have always had high blood pressure and these results were awesome.

So after 2 Fat Man Slim courses I have dropped from 130kg to 107.7kg and I am looking at doing another course to try and get down to my goal weight.

The classes are fantastic. We do boxing, weights, cardio. The atmosphere is supportive and fun. Not being the fittest person around I am estatic to find my fitness has improved greatly, my muscle tone has returned and my energy levels have sky rocketed. The nutrition plan that the trainers supply are exactly what I needed. I learnt alot about what my body should and shouldnt consume.

I recommend any guys out there who are wanting to make a change, who want to shed that weight, who want to lower that blood pressure. Give Fat Man Slim a call, send an email or pop in on an open night to meet some of the guys and the trainers. You wont regret it.
