Fat Man Slim training is based around boxing exercises using free standing boxing bags and weight training. Fat Man Slim training classes are for all fitness levels – every participant is taught basic boxing techniques as we have found that up to 80% of our men have never boxed before.
Some reasons why Fat Man Slim implements boxing based training include:
Fat Man Slim also offers weight training classes to build muscle and increase your lean muscle mass. All of our classes incorporate plenty of press ups, chest and abdominal workouts to help slim the gut and build the pectoral muscles. All classes are fully supervised with experienced trainers and each individual is pushed depending on his fitness and strength ability.
During the Fat Man Slim program all participants are monitored and helped all along the way with advice and support given throughout the six weeks. Our class timetable is located on the Timetable page – this timetable includes both Fat Man Slim classes and our casual class timetable.
The Fat Man Slim nutrition program teaches you how to eat well forever. Our nutrition plan does not restrict participants to eating salads or other unrealistic foods for men. The nutrition program is based around high protein and plenty of food - a balanced plan which gives our men amazing weight loss results. In fact, most of our participants complain that they eat too much – go figure!
We have successfully used our nutrition program for over 2 years and the weight loss results have been incredible.
When you join Fat Man Slim your nutrition program is explained in details via a one hour seminar. Participants are weighed and measured weekly to ensure the program is working for each individual and changes are made if necessary. During the Fat Man Slim program all participants are monitored and helped all along the way with advice and support given throughout the six weeks.
